Testing 4o images from the API

When OpenAI released the 4o-imagegen API, I was excited to try it out. I was inspired by the fake book @karpathy generated when gpt 4.5 came out and I wanted to see if I could generate a book cover for it.

Here was my prompt:

A cover image of a book titled: "Prometheus Awaked" which is in the mytho-punk genre of mythological cyberpunk future where ASI has been achieved and has largely taken over. A god, prometheus, has been awaken to give human their freedom back.

I set the quality to high and the size to 1024x1536. And asked it to generate 4 different variations.

The output was ~25k tokens and here was the result:
